Very professional. Well taken in my view. Reasonable time taken to hear my story. I was quite pleased.
Neutral zone. Both parties were able to speak and both parties were able to say what they were unable to say during the conflict. It’s a safe zone.
Everyone is working together now. Both parties see the issue clearly and are co operating to find solutions. They are all looking for even better solutions now. Both parties are on the same side now. They’re on the same page.
The two mediators we had were excellent. They resolved all the issues. They involved the parents. This problem has gone well over ten years. This alleviated the stress that my parents were feeling.

Mediators were excellent. Patient through the whole ordeal. J followed up to get us back to the table when we felt there was no hope. They spent a lot of hours with us and really were incredible.
