Over the last 5 years, there was a 54% increase in the number of individuals that approached CMS-D. This has resulted in slower response times and larger windows between appointments. In order to cope with this continuing increase, CMS-D needs additional staff to recruit and train more volunteer mediators and additional space for training and mediations.
