Certificate Training

CMS-D specializes in community conflict mediation. We focus on strengthening long term relationships in their ability to integrate conflict in a healthy way.

Our flagship course is Mediation Skills Training, a three day course taken by over 1000 mediators. It is recognized by over 50 agencies and schools for the understanding and practical skill it gives graduates in using the transformative model of mediation.

Around this course we have built an integrated program of courses providing advanced skills and complementary skills which will create a highly adept and well rounded mediator. Our offerings include Conflict Management at Work, Dealing with Anger, Cross Cultural Issues in Mediation, Understanding Racism, Parent Teen Mediation, Advanced Mediation Skills and Victim Offender Mediation Skills. These courses are taught on-site and at the client’s location.
