Conflict Resolution Services

Interpersonal and multi-party mediation/group facilitation
A skilled mediator as a neutral third party can help disputing parties (coworkers, manager-employee, customer-employee, business associates and board members) resolve disputes in hours that have the potential to drag on for weeks, month and years. At $120 per hour our skilled mediators can easily save you time and money in the long-term.

Staff training and development
Any of our standard courses can be delivered at your location to your staff and can be tailored to your needs and culture. Costs are $1500 – 3000/day. Our flagship course for organizations and businesses is “Conflict Management at Work”. Please see the following page for a workshop description.

Speakers
Need a speaker on conflict, diversity or racism for a conference or a professional development day? We can provide one.

Coaching
We can be retained to consult with your supervisors and managers on conflict issues as they arise. A phone call and quick consultation can prevent many disputes from growing larger than they need be. We can also provide communication coaching for employees in conflict with each other.

If one of your trainers gets stuck they can also call us for a training idea or exercise.

Team Building
Would you like your work units to be working together more effectively? We can custom design and deliver workshops that help them negotiate how they can best work together and how they can maximize their productivity.

Internal staff development
We provide training for trainers in facilitation, mediation and dealing with anger. We will co design and co facilitate workshops with your staff transferring the skills to them in the process thus increasing your capacity to deliver course in house.

Consulting
We can do needs assessment around any issues involv3ing conflict and custom design and implement interventions to resolve them.

Managing conflict through communication
We can do one to three day presentations for groups of 10 to 100. When many employees from on company attend such a session they leave with a common experience and a common set of strategies to draw on in addressing conflict in the workplace.

Management Development
We offer a range of training for mangers to help them effectively manage the conflict that arises within their departments. This ranges from training to coaching to mediation interventions.
