The Training and Consulting Service of CMSD is grounded in the conflict management work we do in our community – in its neighbourhoods, its schools, its courts and its organizations. We learn by doing – then we pass our learning on through our courses and our consulting. We have experience in what works and at the same time we continue to innovate and explore new approaches and a deeper understanding of conflict.
